It's been 18 years since the FDA approved sildenafil to treat men suffering from erectile dysfunction (ED). Under the well-known brand name Viagra, this “little blue pill” has grown to hold almost half of sexual dysfunction market share.

Great article Nelson. This info should be in the hands of every guy over 50. I learned about the benefits of this on this forum and have been low dosing cialis for a year. Works as advertised, at least for me. This research, and some research in Jay Campbell's and Jim Brown's new book, seems pretty solid. This and TRT has been life altering for me, and I'd guess other guys too.

I would have to agree with Mountain Man, I too, have been on TRT and Hcg and Cialis. I had to lower my Cialis dose because it was causing retrograde ejaculations, a known side effect of Cialis. As far as overall wellbeing, health, energy and reduced joint pain and strength, all parameters are good.

I just started back on branded Cialis daily taking half for now. I hope to titrate back up to the full 5mg. There is something in the branded Cialis that also help with libido.
