My penis has been increasingly curving to the left over the last few months. I don't remember any possible injury. It is more noticeable when erect. In addition to the curving my penis is now "Rolling" down to the left as well. It has been this last few weeks that I also have noticed pain on the left side of my penis, especially around the base near my pubic bone and about halfway up on the left side of my shaft. Also my erection quality in down is length and girth.

I visited my Urologist today and alerted him of the pain and increasing curve and rolling. He said basically that all penis are different and none are perfect. That if I can still penetrate then he wouldn't do anything. He said he could only do something if it got to the point where I was at a 45 degree bend then there are some options. About the pain he said it could be anything and especially concerning the testicles pain can be unknown. He felt my penis and said he did not feel any plaques or scar tissue.

I was hoping anyone with experience with this can give any advice? Should I seek a second opinion? Is there any exercises or what not I can do on my own? I was hoping to possibly catch and stop whatever is happening before it gets worse. Obviously fixing the problem would be even better.

More Details: I am 35yr old Male. I have been on testosterone replacement for about a year and half, most of the time I have been on the dose of Test cypionate IM .5 ml (100mgs Test) every 5 days. I stay at about 600ng/dl total T on labs. My original testosterone level at Secondary Hypogonadism diagnosis was 95ng/dl. I had erection problems then but everything was straight and no pain. I tried Sildenafil but the side effects were too strong. I am on Cialis 5mgs daily which helped with erections, but now with the curving problem I am noticing erection quality issues once more. I am also on 3 blood pressure medications (Losartan 50mg/Amlodipine 10mg/Metoprolol 12.5mg.) I have noticed that my erection quality is rather sensitive to blood pressure med changes and has always been reduced on my current meds. Additionally I have a general aching testicle pain the last half year or so on TRT along with noticeably smaller size. The pain is always worse in my left testicle, my Urologist will not prescribe HCG. I can provide more information if it helps clarify. Thanks again for any suggestions!
