E2, Aromotase, belly fat and Liposuction effect...

Something got me thinking recently... At the moment I am fighting High E2 and every bad symptom of E2 except gyno... * High E2 caused by DHEA while on my TRT...

Anyway, my wife is going to get a Brazilian Butt Lift with 360 liposuction and I went to her consultation got some interesting information about lipo..

Since the aromotase enzymes are concentrated in fat cells especially in the belly, then would a great amount of E2 conversion be essentially eliminated/decimated after lipo in the belly, hip, saddle areas? Lipo from I what I am told essentially destroys the targeted fat cells that have been removed thus leaving the body with obviously substantially less fat cells contributing to aromotase activity.

thoughts?

there is a common thing that guys who have extra body fat tend to aromatize more.. don't know how much its true but if you have such bad issues with high e2 have you tried low dose arimidex? (anything over 0.5mg is high dose for male on trt even though women with breast cancer take more)

I haven't thought about that before, but it makes sense that removing the fat cells that contribute the most to aromatase activity would decrease E2 conversion.

I've always wondered about this too. If someone did get liposuction and remove their belly fat how it would affect someone's E2 levels. I hope you will get this done just so we could see your results. If you make this decision and get it done, please post your before and after results.

Even if you remove the belly fat with lipo, it comes back - they won't tell you that at the clinic. New fat cells are probably formed from the stem cells. It's not that easy to outsmart Nature.
