I just bought some DSIP nasal spray off of limitless and was wondering if anyone used it. I would imagine injection form may be superior, but I am giving the spray a go. How many nights a week do you administer? how many sprays?

I have not used it but have heard that it takes many hours for it to have an effect, so taking it in the morning often works better, but you will have to experiment and see.

This work finds that DSIP can cross the blood-brain barrier. But it may be that nasal administration bypasses regulation of how much can get through.

In all cases, we found intact peptide entering the CNS in excess of vascular markers. This clearly demonstrated that the small peptide DSIP could cross the BBB.​
