Where do you current Total T and Free T levels sit? High SHBG, low SHG? I didn't have a erections at all injecting twice weekly, but I do on daily and every other day protocol.

Your testosterone levels are as low as 90 year old men with one foot in the grave, you couldn't hope to have an erection with these numbers. I don't understand how you could be on TRT and have such low levels.

This is a volume of oil, not a dose as expressed in milligrams. Assuming you are drawing from a vial of testosterone marked 200mg/ml, you are injecting 80mg of testosterone twice weekly. A significant dose that hasn’t moved your levels at all.

How long have you been on your protocol?

Are you drawing the prescribed amount of testosterone?

When were your labs taken in relation to the start of your protocol and your most recent injection?

Might want to have your heart checked, No erections are a early sign of heart disease.
If you look at it most men have problems with heart between ages of 55-60.
I lost my erections about 3 years before I had to have double bypass, afterwards I had erections again with my arteries unblocked. Just saying it would not hurt to see at your age.

Get rid of the HCG ... try it. I Took hCG for years and after I stopped my morning erections came back nothing else changed .. I never wanted to stop it but when I finally did my erection is improved greatly I have no idea why and I’ve heard that happened to many people

Now that you mention it, I never developed ED until I started taking HCG. Everything was working fine except for the testicular pain and atrophy.

It’s a hard call... I don’t know if HCG affects erections but I certainly will use it as testicular atrophy is definitely a HUGE thing for me. I’m off TRT for a while (ran out of cypionate during travel) and my testicles have become fuller and normal again. I know when I restart TRT I will go with HCG as well. My atrophy had just started when I had to travel abroad so it didn’t take long to recoup. However, I take Cialis as needed or Viagra which don’t work too well without the Cypionate... a catch 22.
