Is taking DHEA as a supplement suppressive to you're natural DHEA or testosterone levels? Just wandering because I have been taking 25 mg and can actually feel a benefit from it even though I am 25 years old. Like I said earlier in one of first post my free testosterone is normal but "low normal" so I'm guessing thats why I can feel a benefit from taking it.

One takes DHEA for the same reasons they take T, their DHEA levels are low/sub par. DHEA will do little to nadda for your T levels but has various health related benefits. In women, it's a different matter as it does act as mild T booster. Without knowing your DHEA-S levels, no way to advise nor any reason (at 25) to use it. Post 40 ish, most men in my view will see DHEA levels that will benefit from DHEA use with some variables.

My DHEA is normal but for some reason I just feel a lot better when I take 25 mg of it. I actually feel stronger in the gym when I take it and I also notice a decrease in body fat especially in lower stomach area. That just shows there must be another problem with a another hormone somewhere else and the added DHEA I take is compensating for it.
