I just started with Defy and I have been very happy with the service overall. However, I wanted to get started right away after my bloodwork was completed on April 19, 2017 and had to wait till 5/10 for the first available appointment. Three weeks my seem short in "medical appointment scheduling time", but in "patient time" it seemed forever. Justin, thanks for responding. Please pass on my appreciation to Mary, your Intake Specialist, as she did a great job.
