Well it seems after 6 weeks on a whole food diet and lifting weights EOD has shown some remarkable results, my pre-TRT SHBG level was 22, 4 weeks after starting TRT SHBG was 18, then dropped down to 16 after a year. Now my SHBG is at pre-TRT levels of 22!

Also my triglycerides was 331 mg/dL 6 weeks ago and now is 169 mg/dL, TSH .9 ---> .68. Morning insulin hasn't changed much which is usually 150's, but on the morning of these labs, morning insulin was 127. I don't understand why sometimes morning insulin is lower and other days higher.

I'm thinking the TSH reduction is an indication of more thyroid hormone output therefore an increase in SHBG which would explain my results. Seems like my entire body is more efficient.

However my body is showing signs it having a little bit of a problem breaking down bilirubin (0.0-1.2 =1.8) via the liver, which is the process in the body's clearance of waste products that arise from the destruction of aged red blood cells.

Wondering if this could this indicate T levels may be a little to high for me, because it's usually not elevated and the only other time it was is when I was on 200mg every 3 weeks 2 year ago. I see the same thing on guys who are pushing supra-physiological doses of testosterone.

Still waiting on IGF-1 and a few other labs to determine if peptide dosing is on the mark. I'm not going to be listing my protocol because I went from 20mg EOD to 10mg daily for a week and back to 20mg EOD, so Total T, Free T and estrogen are all whacky do to not being in a stable state.
