Ive thought about switching clinics as I've in regret divulged my HRT therapy to them which doesn't go badly for me, but I get tired of the sideways looks they like to give.

It is difficult to find a competent doctor these days. Some of them are also arrogant and seem to think getting through medical school is some tremendous achievement.

I totally get that - its almost like telling him that you smoke cigarettes. The doc gives you "that look" and checks off a box of your chart designating you as a problem patient and from then on any complaint you have is gonna be treated with, "well, stop smoking!" and that problem will go away.
