Couple subtle changes in 8 weeks, since last blood work

>T has remained consistent. Free T has plummeted in pa 6 week from 30ngdl to 7ng/dl.
>Estradoil has dropped from 94 (sensitive) to 10, using Arimidex .25 EOD
>Hematocrit is still in range but increased 4 percentage points, since last test 6 weeks ago. Over the past year, never seen this type of change.

Protocol: 10-200MG pellets, very (4) months. DEX .2 EOD.

I did stop using DEX mid way through my last round of pellets, Estradiol dropped to 3.

I still feel good but got these result by surprise. Thoughts? Advice?

IMO you need to cut back on your use of the AI. Your E2 using the "Sensitive" assay of 10 is too low. Anything below 20 is unhealthy for a male. Best for men is between 25 - 35 pg/ml.

I don't see SHBG labs.

You say: "Free T has plummeted in pa 6 week from 30 ng/dl to 7ng/dl"... but I don't see a value for Free Testosterone on your labs?

Your Doctor should have immediate concerns regarding your low Free Testosterone serum levels relative to your supraphysiological Total Testosterone levels if this is the case.

One significant cause of this is elevated SHBG which securely binds to Testosterone rendering the hormone useless and why Free Testosterone levels are low.

You need to get SHBG labs run to see if this is a cause.

All that Total Testosterone is not doing you a lot of good with such low Free Testosterone.
