clomid

Went back to another doctor. The doctor feels my other doctor should not have started testosterone shots for my low testosterone as it is secondary hypogonadisim. He wanted me to stop the test and start clomid. Clomid is a 240 dollar prescription. That won't work for me.

I guess I am going to continue with the shots and get back with my old doctor and see what she says. Need to try to get the hcg going.

Clomid can work but Testosterone will get you where you need to be with 100% surety.

I am guess your Testosterone serum levels are low due to age?

And yes you need HCG, you are HPTA suppressed and now no longer producing LH...you need LH to keep your testes alive PLUS LH does more in the body than just that.

I'm only 29. Other than secondary, the exact reason why is still not known.

Here is the thread with a little more info.https://www.excelmale.com/forum/showthread.php?3026-29-trt

Two things. If the clomid works will it raise my levels from a 136 to 600-1000 range?

If it works will o be able to come off it and maintain levela?

I know for older guys the answer to both questions would be most probably not.

At your age who knows, everyone is different, but I've also read precious few cases of guys who are happy on clomid.
