Cialis side effect management

So when I take ANY PE5s I get really bad nasal congestion. So bad to the point where I would have to breathe out of my mouth and nose breathing is basically impossible.

Any afrin-based nasal sprays work great! But the issue here is that Afrin-based sprays should not be used for more than 3 days continually - or else it can worsen the congestion.

Does anyone have any other tricks or recommendations - or even other (even prescription) nasal sprays that can be used on a consistant basis?

For me it was just time. It actually took a year before all my sides were gone and it was well worth it.

I would suggest trying cetirizine. Cialis doesn't bother me nasally as much as Viagra does. Both also tend to cause inflammation of my esophagus and contribute to gastritis. Cetirizine can help reduce the overall inflammatory response.

I use L citrulline instead cheap and no sides for me.

I had to stop it, starting feel so bad I couldn’t stop throwing up! I felt so good on it before loosing my meals.

I also had to reduce Cialis from 7->5 mg, made me feel tired and fatigued, and lower back pain which lifted the day I lowered it.

The larger doses of Cialis seem to increase my requirements for iron supplements and now my ferritin is double (198), previously 98.

I've been taking cialis (not daily but frequently) for about 3 years now - so unfortunately that doesnt seem to be the case for me

pseudoephedrine only fix for me. maybe benzedrex as needed, less rebound then sprays. for that reason not taking it daily

Like Vince....I experienced some nasal congestion and had leg and back pain for a while after starting daily Cialis. (Advil helped) But read here to persevere and all neutralized in about 6 months....no issues since.
