I've never heard of L-Arginine increasing potassium, poor kidney function will increase potassium. But your levels don't look too high.
 
Presuming your Arginine use is NO and gym related, you can do better with Citrulline Malate 2:1 as only about 40% of Arginine survives the body to be used for NO support.
 
I agree with Vince Carter.
I used to take Arginine and Citrulline as part of my preworkout and have had much better success IMO with Citrulline Malate 2:1.
