Can Topical DHT gel replace an AI?

For men out there like myself who struggle with easily crashing their E2 on an AI (even with microdoses), yet still experience high E2 symptoms (itchy, sensitive nips, bloating etc) can topical DHT be used to replace an AI?

I’ve found that using topical DHT eliminates any E2 sides that inexperience yet it doesn’t crash my E2 regardless of how high I dose it. Right now my DHT levels are > 900ng/dL on 20% DHT gel and I feel amazing.

Is this a long term sustainable solution which can be used as an alternative to an AI? Was wondering if DHT could technically replace an AI when blast doses of 500mg/week + of Testosterone are used?

Would appreciate anyone’s feedback or personal experience here.

Thanks for sharing this. I wonder how using both Proviron and DHT gel together would be.

I may add 50mg per day of Proviron to my current protocol.
In terms of TRT I would use the lowest dose possible to treat symptoms. I have no experience with DHT gel. Dosing seems easier with proviron.
