If so -- my red blood count and hemocrit have popped up on my tests as high (In Jan I had like 18.3, just last week I was 17.2 - I've been taking neto and grapefruit extract, and increased the frequency of my dosing from one time a week to three times a week).
When I get my blood pressure taken at the doc prior to my bloods for my trt, it's around 102-108 over high 70 to low 80 - that's fasted and not having had coffee. Normally I drink a lot of coffee and use a large number of nicotine pouches, if that makes a difference).
Anyhow, given the low blood pressure, are concerns of my RBC and hemocrit being too high unfounded? I'm lean, muscular, and active, and eat well.
Thanks!
