So I'm a long time lurker on the forum first off I wanna say that thanks to this forum. I have been able to recover from the damage. I have done to my body with steroid abuse during my competition days.
My situation is a typical low SHBG case but I have managed to find a protocol that works 90% of the time meaning libido and erection quality are 90% to what they use to be before trt.
My situation is unique been on trt 2 years theses last 3 months have been the best I have ever felt just need to dial it a little more. I feel like I might have subclinical hypothyroidism which could be the cause of my low SHBG just wanted some opinions on my lab results
Due to low SHBG I'm a hyper metabolizer and hyper excreter
also, an AI hyper responder meaning Arimidex, zinc, dim, too much Cialis anything like that can easily crush my estrogen.
Symptoms: mild anxiety and mild ed randomly other than that sex life great libido is usually high but erection quality at times can waiver which causes me a lot of performance anxiety but when it's good which is 90 percent of the time no complaints. I no longer use Cialis or viagra. I also deal with gyno flare up due to gyno caused while I was bodybuilding.
Protocol:
50mg dual blend cypionate with prop 180/20 injected IM 50mg EOD.
NO AI, No DHEA, No HCG, No preg
I have already tried sub q and lowering my dose before this is honestly the best my labs have looked and the best I have felt since before my trt nightmare.
Concerns with lab results are Hgh estradiol, yes I know it's not the E2 Sensitive test, High prolactin, and my thyroid numbers.
