Blood work and food

Hi,

If i am on TRT should i check my hormone levels (estradiol, testosterone etc) on an empty stomach or it doesn't matter and i don't have to be fasting some time before blood work?

Thanks guys.

Blood work and food are intimately connected, influencing overall health. Your dietary choices play a crucial role in determining various blood markers. Opting for a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins positively impacts cholesterol, blood sugar levels, and cardiovascular health. On the flip side, a diet high in saturated fats and sugars can have adverse effects.

Understanding this relationship is key to managing your health. Regular blood work assessments provide insights into your well-being, and using a Micronutrient Calculator for Food can help ensure you're meeting your body's nutritional needs. By making informed choices and optimizing your nutrient intake, you can contribute to better blood work results and overall health.

I always do my labs on injection day before I inject. I do fast for 12 hours because they normally do more than just trt panel.
