Blood work advice

Hello Gents,
I've been trying to dial in my trt for a few months now and still having issues. My last blood work had me at about 580 for free T and e2 was 22, felt good and sex drive was good, but my Dr increased my T to 200mgs/wk so as to get me over the 800 mark. I began injectin eod with a slin pin as per some advice from here. I started to get itchy, sore nipples and assumed e2 had risen, on a sensitive e2 test. So I started using a-dex at 12.5 2x's week, the sore nipples continued and I got blood work done.
So as of this week I'm using 200mgs/wk with the 12.5 twice a week and just got blood work back only to find my e2 is low....WTH lol, definitley lost sex drive in spite of T being over 900.
I'm assuming I should drop the a.i. but don't know why the nipple issue happened.
Does anyone have any advice?
I'm posting blood work below.
ThankYou

Your nipple sensitivity may have just been caused by higher testosterone levels, your estrogen may have been fine. Did you have any other symptoms of high E2?

And, on top of Vince and MG123's thoughts, it appears your estradiol has been pushed way down. Which opens up another set of potential misery.

Agree with Vince. Your body was probably just acclimating itself to the higher testosterone.
No Vince it was just the nipple thing, very itchy, sensitive and couldn't even wear a tight t shirt lol, fml thanks
