blood tests and thyroid

so my thyroid has been acting up lately and thought i had it under control as last thursday my tsh was 3.41 down from 5.8 a few weeks earlier.
My new results on monday were
TSH 5.24 (0.27-4.2)
T3 1.48 (1.3 - 3.1)
T3 F 3.95 ( 3.1 - 6.8)
T4 102.4 ( 66 - 181)
T4 F 15.44 ( 12 - 22)

I did not get my T3,T4 and free ranges tested in the last few weeks as i monitored my tsh just this last time.

Cortisol 374.9 nmol/l no range
e2 27.43 (7.6 -42.6) no sensitive test available
Vit B12 669 (211-911)
AFP 1.02 (0-7)
LDH 190.6 (0-480)
HDL 1.02 (0.9-2)
LDL 3.12 (<3.4)

I had my testosterone and free t tested 3 weeks ago and was
Testosterone 28.11 (8.36 - 28.7)
Free Testosterone FTI% 131.36 (23.3 - 103)
SHBG 21.4

Currently inject 2x week at 50mg each time and 2 x 500IU HCG week, adex 1/6th 1mg tablet total weekly dissolved in vodka and taken 2x with injections. take iodine 225mcg and selenium 200mcg daily. Wondering if maybe i need to take zinc for thyroid? and with my high FTI% keep my protocol as is or maybe lower dose by 10-20% for the week and increase injections from 2x to 3x as shbg is low? Any help on thyroid would be great thanks.

Really needed to run Reverse T3 and antibodies with those you had last week, look at Iron and Ferritin, too. Id stop the selenium and Iodine, too. Those can drive TSH up that it looks falsely in inflated, perhaps.

TSH
Reverse T3
Free T3
Free T4
Antibodies
Iron, Serum
Ferritin

Hormonally I wouldn't change a thing if you're doing well with libido, erections and so forth, that part looks good, on paper for you.

i had the antibodies test done and ferritin 2 weeks ago they were
TSH 5.06 (0.27-4.2)
TpoAB 3.85 (0-35)
ferritin 81.05 (13-400)

Unfortunately they do not do reverse T3 where i am.

I feel pretty good as in libido but i do feel a bit tired sometimes.
