Best time of day for Estradiol test?

My doctor has finally agreed to let me get the ultrasensitive estradiol test. I have been on TRT for 15 years +/-. Is there a certain time of day that would be most ideal for getting my blood drawn? I ask this because I know there are wide fluctuations in testosterone levels between morning and evening. Is the same true of estrogen?

E2 serum levels will be somewhat more stable as compared to Testosterone so that being said it really doesn't matter when you get it tested.

Remember, all blood work in a snap shot it time and you'd really need numerous labs to get a more average but truer picture of things.

Gene beat me to it .. E2 variation isn't going to be an issue when picking a time to run labs.

Thanks for the helpful info, guys. Test done this afternoon. 25 pg/ml. This lab has a reference range for men of 8-43. Any thoughts?
