I'd like a little more energy and, to be honest, I'd like to put on a little more muscle and strength. I still work 40 hours a week, have a long commute, and have 17 acres of land that my wife and I are homestead farming on with chickens, goats, logging etc. I believe that more muscle, as opposed to shear weight, is very important as I age. Muscle wasting is "normal" at my age. Most guys in their 60's are on the downside of muscle mass, sex drive, strength and all that. I refuse to accept this, at least not now.
