Hey everyone, I’m Kieran, 29 years old. I’m originally from the UK but currently living in Eastern Europe.
I’ve struggled with my weight and health for as long as I can remember. I grew up overweight, ate like a vending machine, and never really thought about the long-term effects. Over the last 4 years, I’ve been on a mission to change that — and so far, I’ve lost 200 lbs, with about 70 lbs left to go.
About 5 months ago, I started tirzepatide, which helped me drop another 60 lbs pretty quickly. That’s when I decided to also take a serious look at my hormonal health.
Back in December, I got my first hormone panel, and honestly, the results were a bit of a shock:
After that, I went on Clomiphene for 6 weeks, and things improved on paper:
Unfortunately, Clomid gave me visual side effects (floating grey spots in my vision), so I had to come off it. My doctor has now started me on:
I gave myself my first testosterone injection today, and first HCG dose yesterday. Honestly, there's so much conflicting info online that I felt totally overwhelmed. I ended up just injecting subQ into my thigh fat with a 29g ½” insulin pin — not perfect, but it’s a start.
I’m here to keep learning and connect with others going through the same stuff — especially anyone who's been through the weight loss → hormone chaos → health rebuild pipeline. If you’ve been where I am and have any tips or advice, I’d seriously appreciate it.
If not, thanks for reading — just wanted to share where I’m at and say hi.

Back in December, I got my first hormone panel, and honestly, the results were a bit of a shock:
- Total Testosterone: 4.18 nmol/L (120.4 ng/dL)
- Estradiol (E2): 200 pmol/L (54.5 pg/mL)
- LH: 1.5 IU/L
- FSH: 2.7 IU/L
- Prolactin: 219 mIU/L (10.4 ng/mL)
After that, I went on Clomiphene for 6 weeks, and things improved on paper:
- Total Testosterone: 13 nmol/L (375 ng/dL)
- Estradiol (E2): 289 pmol/L (78.7 pg/mL)
- LH: 2.9 IU/L
- FSH: 7 IU/L
Unfortunately, Clomid gave me visual side effects (floating grey spots in my vision), so I had to come off it. My doctor has now started me on:
- Testosterone (TRT): 125 mg/week
- HCG: 1 click every other day (~260 IU per click)
- Anastrozole: 0.25 mg every other day (I haven’t started this yet — a bit nervous about tanking E2)
