Just got my blood work results....Need help!

Okay so i just got my results from the doctor.
I'm not sure if i read these correct, or if everything is fine.
Isn't my sex hormone binding globulin is very low?
Reason i got this test is caused by erectile dysfunction over the last years, and some really big struggling putting on muscle mass.

Two things. Can you provide the ranges for your lab results? Can you give some additional context - how long have you had the symptoms you are dealing with, what medications/supplements are you taking?

Well, what i have posted here, is all my doctor send me, after he got it from the lab.
The ED i've been struggling with for 6 years now, and it just got worse over the years. The last year i also lost my morning erection, if im lucky it's there once a week.
I'm taking 5mg Cialis, but it's not even working that good anymore.
No other medications, and supplements is just the regular vitamin pills and fish oil

No TRT, and never tried.

esbt, It's hard to read your labs with no ranges. Could you get some laps through Defy Medical or discount labs? You could also look for a better TRT doctor.

My 2-cents - Consider a consult with Defy Medical. They are top TRT experts and they wont try to hard-sell you into any big dollar monthly fee programs, but they can definitely help you make sense of what is going on. Many of us on the forum use and recommend them.

In the absence of the lab's ranges, what I'm about to write is a "best guess" based on the range a lab I've used in Canada reports. First of all, the range for total testosterone at this particular Canadian lab is 6.0-27.0 nmol/l. If the lab that ran these tests for you uses a similar range, it's not unreasonable to think that might be the case, then you have what - in the United States - would be a total of 519 ng/dl. In and of itself, that is not a value crying out for TRT. But, please, this is (as noted) a shot in the dark that might change if you have the lab ranges. If I have misinterpreted what you wrote, please correct me.
