I have read many books/articles written by Di Pasquale he is a very intelligent man!

The anabolic diet was ahead of its time.

I had the pleasure of speaking with him on the phone years ago as I placed an order for a few of his supplements and spoke with his secretary as I had some questions so she says hold on let me get him.

I was in utter disbelief as he answered the phone and answered all my questions and had given me some advice!

Would be amazing if we could ever get him on here.
 
Good article. Had a few tips. Sleep is one of those things though. I can control what I eat and how hard I work out, but hard to make myself not wake up in the night. Low life stress and pre-bed activities make a difference for me, and the others, and not drinking too much liquids before bed.
