It seems that people will either say the half life of TB500 is around 2-3 days or 7-10 days. The latter is pretty damn long. Does anyone know what it is, or is it just one of those things there isn't a clear answer to yet?
I vaguely remember hearing a podcast with an expert on this and he said that the TB 500 itself was out of the body fairly quickly, even faster than 2-3 days, but that being a signaling peptide, it set in motion processes which lasted a long time, as in weeks, IIRC. So it would depend on why you're asking. Carl Lanore on Superhumanradio is a big believer in large doses (e.g. 5mg) dosed infrequently, as in intervals longer than a week.
