I do,its not the big awesome experience i was expecting but i do.I can tell you from my experience that even small changes like from 80 to 100 or vise versa i could tell. For me when i drop dose from 85 to 80 i told myself i am not changing anything for six months.I don’t notice it as much as my wife but i no she says it has helped my mood, muscle gain, sex drive, and attention.I used to not even want to have a conversation alot of the time.I have never had a problem with erections but my labido used to be very low.Its slow, kind of like gaining muscle,i took 3 years to decide to get on it and now i relize its not magic but it has helped in alot of ways and im looking at 30 plus years of it,heck my dad has been on insulin for 25.Commit to it mentally, get labs, start a basic protocol without all the extras under a good doctor but do your research and dont let them decide.I get my rx from a endo at a major hospital but i tell him the labs i want, and also request the dose i want and hes always been receptive. He knows i do my research and take my health care serious.I dont just take anything because someone recommends it.Its your body and your the only one that truly cares about it.
Hope that helps some.

Interesting posts!

I’m 15 months in to TRT and realise how hard it is to compare how you feel now versus some distant pre TRT point in time. Sometimes my mind plays tricks and tries to convince me to just stop it all and That everything pre TRT wasn’t that bad.

I definitely felt underwhelmed after starting TRT, expecting more of a noticeable change in mood, wellbeing, physical condition and sex drive. I continue to have a sense of being less mentally sharp and would prefer to regain this.

The only noticeable change in physical condition has occurred after added 90mg per week of nandrolone and generally have felt better. Joints also improved although again, we shouldn’t expect magic to happen.

The other point to remember is that when we compare our now to pre TRT we are comparing an older version of ourselves and of course, the longer this time frame, the more unfair this comparison can be.

I’m currently on vacation for a week and don’t take any meds with me and I notice my general mood and wellness seems to dip in the 2nd half of the week. I use a testosterone gel days 4-6 but I don’t think my body enjoys the change in protocol.

i lost track of my nandrolone week number, but I reckon it’s about week 10 so definitely want to get some labs done once I’m back on my usual protocol.

Also need to get my diet adjusted after recently getting an official IBS diagnosis after a couple of scopes scan out clean.

not sure whether to just keep the nandrolone going or stop for a bit to see how my body adapts.

would welcome any thoughts

trying right now. i am 2 weeks post nolvadex, had some rough days and some good days. will get some labwork in about a month. While on trt i got my varicocele fixed, got on thyroid treatment, lost body fat, improved diet, added cialis, So i am hoping my baseline is a little higher.

I don’t blame you. If coming off is what you feel you need to do, go for it. Maybe you’ll feel ok, maybe you’ll return to feeling terrible. Try and stick it out and see if you really are low T or if it was a combination of other factors causing it at the time.
If you return to feeling terrible despite all other areas of your health and life being in check, you will know TRT is probably the answer and you can go back on with confidence and not second guess yourself.

I was on TRT for 5 years and the entire time I questioned whether I should have tried to improve my health, get off SSRIs, improve diet/exercise before getting on. Go off, maybe feeling (potentially) fine or terrible and then you’ll know you gave your natural production a shot.

granted, I may not know what I’m talking about and I may not be realistic but for me, going on TRT for life needs to be a decision made with confidence. Otherwise you’ll just be wondering in the back of your head whether or not you made the right decision. That’s what happened to me atleast and I realize I don’t speak for everyone
brother you hit the nail on the head I questions trt every single time I went on. I fought against it so hard. Not wanting to fully commit to a life of drs and medication. Trt is a little different then what silver surfer is saying because low t isn’t as dire a situation as diabetes or substance abuse. However slowly but surly it started to really effect my mental state. I fought against it for almost 10 years. I tried every single thing under the sun to get my natural production back. Restarts with clomid, triptorelin, diets stress reduction you name it. The older I get (37) the lower my natural production was getting. I’m now tt of 168 and man I felt it. For the first time in my life I was depressed for no reason. Just so bummed out no energy for my kids. I finally made the decision to be commuted for life. I’m about 7 weeks in and I’m doing good. Mentally I feel much better already. And I’m able to tolerate working out.

that said if you feel you need to try for yourself just to get it out of your head at the very least go for it I wish you luck
