Anybody on Statin Drugs?

I remain perplexed why many advise high dose statins as the way to go! No longer makes much sense.

Don’t ever take a statin! I took them for ten years, had terrible brain fog, depression, etc. I’m pretty certain it caused my low T. Statins are the biggest con by big pharma! Watch these videos BY DOCTORS and you’ll learn the truth;

I do take fenofibrate 80mg and atirvastatin 5mg daily. We have a family history of high cholesteol but non of us have heart problems. I know i csn manage without it but i take it just to keep blood levels in place. If i dont tske, my ldl cholesteol n tryglycerides crosses above normal. Doctor did not prescribe me. I am self medicating.

My cholesterol markers are all elevated, cholesterol is over 300 and my doctors don't even suggest a statin.

The carnivore diet is the reason my cholesterol is high. The old normal.
