Any tips to take advantage of training while on TRT

Taking 50mg of testosteronecypionate every 3.5 days.
Around 11 to 12 % BF

I'm just wondering if there is any tips to working out on while on TRT than "natural". Such as workout same muscles 2-3x a week.

My test levels were around 230 before TRT and now close to 1000 once on TRT.

May be a silly question but wanted to know if anyone had insight or tips they found work since going on TRT.


 
I do like resistance type exercises. Working out is an individual thing, you need to find a workout that you can stick with. I always say, if you don't enjoy your workout, you won't stick with it.

I exersize to support my outdoor hobbies. The biggest one is mtn biking.
So I exersize to support balance and overall core strength.
Get too top heavy raising your center of gravity and you'll be falling/crashing a lot.
