I was going to reply with some crude congratulatory humor but instead will just say well done! Any plans to partake in the Iron or just the cardio/aerobic/lactate threshold training?
A word of caution on zone 5 training. I may have done too much of this a few years back and partially messed myself up [not sure since the timing overlaps with COVID/androgen (ab)use]. Or perhaps has nothing to do with it but I have some hunches. Just be careful as you get older. That is all I can say....moderation and all that which I don't know much about (mental problems).
Regarding compression of morbidity/health span...
1. Have the right parents
2. Exercise (some cardio and resistance training)
3. Eat less / not much
4. Sleep well (on the fence to use chemical assistance if you can't sleep well on your own)
5. Stay away from toxic people or be the most toxic person in your set (they seem to feed off the energy of the sheep/kind ones) - ok this last one is tongue-in-cheek.
6. Tobacco/alcohol/voluntary drug use - does not seem to matter if you have #1 covered.
Now compare with Getting Big....
1. Same
2. Same (less cardio for the muscular obesity win if you have #1 and lean)
3.feeding tube
4. Sleep all day since your job is to grow (have a find a benefactor since no job)
5. You literally are toxic from all the drugs (see #6l)
6. All the androgens/hgh/insulin you can handle and more (see #1)
Then there is some middle ground door #3 I guess. Would still like to see a human hybrid blending Ronnie Coleman and Ozzy Osbourne.
Also with the coming sarconpenia/osteopenia crisis I am waiting for the oxandrolone added to community drinking water.
