against the grain, but on cursory looks at your bloods they look amazing. The guy who suggests that your e2 is high at 37 with a total T of 1200 is on crack, as is the guy who suggests an ai. I suspect the damper is the high dose of hcg of 500 eod, I know personally my body reacts more pronounced to a high hcg dose than a high t dose, if I self prescribed I'd stay on an eod but lower the hcg dose to 250 iu per pin. Your bloods look like your so close to ideal that I suspect it needs a minor tweak not a major change. Nelson feels good with e2 in the 60's, Jason Campbell feels 'optimized' with E2 in the 40's, just remember E2 is not a number for everyone it's usually a percentage of your T that's optimal, and it's literally different for everyone. Be patient, good luck.

Small update,

My appointment with the first Urologist went extremely well. He's younger, energetic, and even offered to prescribe me any medications I need HCG, Test, Trimix, Cialis, ect. Just to give him a call. He also gave me a referral to a well renowned Urologist that has a great deal of experience, and has every piece of testing equipment possible when it comes to testing for ED. He spoke very highly of this guy, so I'm quite excited to say the least.

Also pleasantly surprised to find that my insurance covers daily 5mg Cialis, where previously I could only get x18 10mg every 75 days.

Will keep you this thread updated in the months to come.

I believe that this MD is the guy you need. The reason? I think a significant part, if not all of your problem is psychological. The fact that this doctor displayed confidence and assured you he can help and the fact that you have confidence in him is way more that half the battle. Your protocol is an example of too many variables confusing things and reading this forum also may contribute to the anxiety.

ED is very complex. Even the neuro transmitter response posted, which was very thought out, could be explained by anxiety and negative thinking. In other words, it is near impossible to figure out if neurotransmitters cause the thinking and desire problem or if the negative thinking affects the expression of neurotransmitters. I think you’re going to be fine with this doctor. He seems to be your guy. Don’t question, just do what he says. Don’t put too much faith in the advice you get on this forum from guys, even me. Believe in the doctor, get out of your head. Get a partner that turns you on, or get the one you have to turn you on and the ED will be less of an issue. I think that guys are reading these forums and the problems that they read about become theirs in short order, kind of like the nocebo effect.

And if all else fails, take the Cialis regularly.
