90 mg of Vitamin C causing erectile dysfunction, low libido, 24/7 painful penis sensitivity

I strongly believe I'm still going through beta-blocker withdrawal and over-supplementing vitamin C and D help with the symptoms but create more symptoms. I feel okay, but not great, low energy.

No erections. Eating any food causes pain in hands and a strange feeling high or a headache.

I woke up today and my fasting glucose was 95, lowest it's been in a while.

I can’t even consume anything with fortified vitamin D and spend time in the sun, it’s too much. I can consume products that are fortify with vitamin D, if I don’t go out in the sun that day without feeling excess vitamin D symptoms.

So my routine for summer and winter will be different to achieve normal healthy vitamin D levels.

Finally, I found normalcy.

Now that I’ve stopped vitamin D supplementation, when I ate dinner last night, I didn’t have any of those symptoms of what I perceived to be excess iron absorption.

600 IU vitamin D3 causes hypercalcemia.

Brother Systemlord,

I read your posts with much concern. Have you run your issues by a trusted medical professional? If so, what does your provider respond with upon hearing you posit some of these ideas?

Take care of yourself.

My endocrinologist admits that I’m sensitive to a lot of things and he’s never seen anyone respond to type 2 diabetes drugs, like myself, that target glucose via the liver, causing a potassium deficiency within 24 hours.

I’ve always had problems on supplements, doesn’t matter what it is. I recovered from a vitamin D deficiency in five days at 600 IU, if only I had known to stop then.

I get most of the worst side effects of many drugs.

Even a tiny amount of caffeine, moderate sodium intake and a sip of alcohol will fu** me up.

I’m a hyper responder to testosterone therapy. I’m one of the very few percentage of men that experience erythrocytosis on oral testosterone.

A 7 mg cypionate daily injection protocol (49 mg weekly =425 ng/dL) would’ve been perfect for me had it not crashed my ferritin levels.

My hematocrit jumped up 10 points from baseline (45-55%), average midrange T, which is a good indicator of an over-responder and someone that is extremely sensitive to androgens.

My endocrinologist says I’m an outlier and always starts me out on the lowest dose possible.

Wow must be tough Brother. Have you done any pharmacogenomic testing? Your cytochrome p450 system would be a cool case study.

What do you think about CBT/DBT? Have you tried it? Lots of work but some find it helpful.

How's the weight training going?

Best wishes.

I think my ADHD and Tourette’s syndrome play apart and me being sensitive to things. The Tourette’s syndrome basically lights up my central nervous system like a nuclear reactor.

I don’t have the ADHD symptoms anymore and I do have a few ticks here and there, but for the most part, I’m a very calm, aloof fellow which seems to draw in the younger women.

My weight training is awesome, 7 days a week for a year now. Pictures in my Jatenzo thread.

Welcome back to Tardload.
