I also sent my primary Dr a message telling him that I was considering starting try and that I had my total t checked and it was 340. His response was that since my tt was above 200 that I wouldn't likely see any benefit from trt and that he doesn't recommend trt at this time.

Now I have to weigh my options. The clinic obviously doesn't do the necessary blood work, but my insurance will kick in there making the cost $80 a month. At the same place without insurance it would be $500 a year for blood work and rn visits and $150 month for the medicine.
That's a huge difference over the rest of my life in money saved.
