I guess the main things I will be asking is about the high thyroid levels, the low vitamin d, and the questions you raised about clomid. This is all just very overwhelming. I hope once I talk to the doctor (praying for tomorrow) I will get some answers.
High Thyroid? You said you didn't have FT3 and FT4 tested. Those are your thyroid numbers, and I'll bet they are at the low end of the range if not low. TSH is what tells your thyroid to produce. Not actual thyroid. You need actual thyroid numbers like stated above.
But 1st, Id find a doctor that will know what to do with those thyroid numbers. It doesn't sound like your doc has a clue what they're doing. And remember, when it comes to lab work, there is no such thing as normal.
