26 y/o 374 tt, trt?

Are there any alternatives to clomid? I see one of the ingredients in it is lactose. I've had pills with lactose before and they also give me a migraine/burning rashes on my hands.
I am not a DR. and I know low T sucks but you might want to try and figure out what's going on with your health 1st before adding in more variables kind of like you wouldn't supercharge a car if it had flat tires you would fix the tires first if that makes since, Good luck please update us on your progress.

Do you have any suggestions for more tests to run then? I'm literally open to anything. Any doctor just states 350 is low but "in range" and to pretty much deal with it.

At this point, your next step is to contact a doctor who is experienced in all aspects of androgen therapy and seek their input. We're not doctors, well, Dr. Saya is certainly a doctor and posts regularly, and we can only give you suggestions. More tests, beyond the ones suggested, in the absence of medical input, are just going to spin you round and round.

Prolactin, FT3, FT4, reverse T3 to start.

You appear secondary or tertiary hypogonadal and Clomid would likely be the first line for enhancing your T levels...the above labs (within a month or so) would be important as well.

You are working through a process that confuses even many physicians...you do not want to navigate on your own. You need a good doc.

Thank you for the reply Dr Saya! I have an appointment for Prolactin on Monday, i'll try to add the others as well. I emailed Defy and they want Estraidol Sensitive instead of regular Estraidol as well so i'm gonna try to get that done as well. Haven't made an appointnent for a consultation yet, still gathering information and trying to see what's wrong with me before taking anything.

If Prolactin comes back high would that be a concern and the reason my LH and FSH are low? I was reading my pituitary might not be functioning properly.

Yes, elevated prolactin will suppress LH/FSH.

Got my prolactin results back
Prolactin 9.6 ng/mL 4.0-15.2

Seems pretty normal. Any other reason why my LH and FSH/Test might be low?

I don't have current T3, T4, fT3, etc but those always come back in your ideal range where'd you want.

I'm so confused to why I have sub 400 T at 26. I know I've had it for years too..

You are unlikely to be able to answer these questions in your own. As Dr. Saya pointed out, many - perhaps most - physicians are unable to provide real insight into these challenges. All the more reason to enlist the help of a doctor who can sort through the variables, suggest answers, and offer treatment options.

Thinking about doing a consultation with Defy. Has a HPTA restart ever actually permanently worked for someone? I hear it usually is just a temporary fix? Should I try that before going full blown TRT?

Also if I ever came off TRT, would my levels be pre TRT or even worse with almost zero testosterone ?

Any help appreciated.

As has been noted previously, a restart, can and does work. Defy Medical has a great deal of experience with these protocols. As for coming off TRT, why would you (save for an unforeseen, and rare, medical complication)?

Mostly because TRT is quite expensive. Just exploring all worst case scenarios since it is a life time commitment.

You're getting way ahead of yourself bayraider. You need to take this one step at a time. Get the consult with Defy, and move forward. Based on your age and symptoms, I'm guessing that a Clomid restart is in your future (baring any unforeseen problems with your labs). Don't worry about a lifetime commitment to TRT...you haven't crossed that bridge yet. You can deal with that later, if or when it becomes necessary.

Another question I had is I have a mild soy allergy (hives, burning, throat itching, etc) and even react to soybean oil. I hear testoserone injections are derived either from soy or wild yams? Any truth to this? Thanks.

Cottonseed oil, grape seed oil or sesame seed oil are the oils that are used. So far I've only injected grape seed oil with my T.

I think your talking about the pellets that aren't highly recommended anyways

So I've been having my testosterone level checked every three months as I only want to do TRT as a last resort. My last four tests:

November 2015: 424ng, Free T 7pg (Fasted 16 Hours)

February 2016: 354ng, Free T 7pg (Fasted 16 Hours)

May 2016: 374ng, Free T 7pg (Fasted 16 Hours)

July 2016: 680ng, Free T 13pg (Fasted 24 Hours)

Is this because I fasted for 24 hours? I literally changed nothing!

So I am only in normal range if I don't eat the entire day? I still have major energy and libodo issues and feel generally unwell with all the symptoms of Low T.

It is beyond time for you to consult with a qualified doctor, someone who really specializes in hormone replacement.
