1300ng/dl Total Testosterone (natural) but low libido and ED?

I was concerned about low libido and poor erections so I ordered a serum testosterone test. To I and the doctor's astonishment, my total testosterone was 1300ng/dl. He basically accused me of juicing, which I never have. I'm still experiencing ED. A few years ago I could repeat solid performance with my GF 2-3x routinely.
What labs should I focus on to try to drill this down?
I've been taking P5P and Mucana for prolactin but I can barely keep it up even with a HB10.

Wow that's amazing. Do you have more labs like estrogen, Prolactin, c reactive protein, cortisol, thyroid? Do you suffer from depression or anxiety?

No. I guess a full hormone panel (TRT Male) is what I want here. I've experienced mild depression but mostly dealt with by exercise and sunlight. I wonder how unusual 1300ng total t is, the doc actually recommended I bring it up with my primary. I'm pushing 50. I wonder if it can be a symptom of a underlying condition (cancer, etc). My symptoms make be suspect elevated prolactin.

I will add, I take A LOT of supplements, probably more then anyone I've met, and do a lot of biohacking.

It would be good to know your age also. I recommend Nelson's advice on the blood test also. It should be very revealing to see your free T, estradiol and DHT levels.

I wonder how you would feel if you stopped all supplements?

Get three trays 12"x16" put all the bottles of supplements standing up in there. That's what I take daily, from 1 to 3 times. If you top that, I bow down to you. If you don't, I bow down to you because your probably not as crazy as I am.

Wow! Curious, have you ever counted the number of pills you are swallowing a day. Must be an enormous amount. I am sure you break them up throughout the day.

I actually feel great most all of the time. More energy, high cardio endurance, work out daily, eating very clean, athletic body composition, sleep like a baby. I suppose even my libido isn't bad, it's more psychological that I don't go there because of the ED.

I'm ordering the ED lab (thanks Nelson!) with my next paycheck. Also I'm going to ask for a referral to a specialist.

Damn bro. 1300. BTW, please do post your labs when you get them. I think we'd all like to get a look at this. 1300 at any age is amazing, let alone 50.

Are you on a DHT inhibitor like finasteride?

If not, I’ve seen a case where a guys hormones where too high and the doctor had to stimulate the enzyme through supplements that excretes hormones out, and patient saw improvement

I actually was taking low dose fin last year (.5mg/day usually topical but oral about 2x a week), although I wasn't disciplined about it and stopped long before this test. I don't think I would want to lower my testosterone if I could correct my ED while maintaining it. To be honest, at my age, it's a hard toss as I benefit so much from the high T.

I wonder evolutionary why high T would lower reproductive performance and fertility. Having to much T must have caused a selection bias by females to allow this mechanism to evolve.

I'm not sure I would want to spend the time to count them. Yes, I take 10-20 at a time, others throughout the day. It's at a peak now. It takes awhile to cycle them enough to see what the effects are. But, I'm cutting back significantly as they deplete.

I get to where I feel like I am taking way too many. Seems like I am taking them all day long sometimes. Ya know, sometimes I think they are doing good and other times I think I feel better not taking any of them. Crazy!
