How Much Cypionate should I take a week to get Cut?

You can’t outrun a bad diet, but cardio’s also pretty helpful on TRT since you’ll have the anabolic boost to make sure most of what you’re burning is going to be fat with more of the muscle being protected than if you weren’t on TRT. Even at lower levels, you’re on a constant free T drip, and at...

How Much Cypionate should I take a week to get Cut?

Potassium drink supplements can help a lot with water retention under the skin too. Amazon has a brand called KEPPI I think that I like. My cortisol’s low so I have to be careful with it but it does quickly reduce water retention under my skin. Saturated fat, specifically the MCT oils in it of...

average weekly T dosage on this forum

I’ve done many different things but fall back on 24mg a day (24x7=168mg a week) and 720ius of HCG 3x a week. I can make my TT and FT and other numbers go up and down with thyroid and other meds, but right now that dose will tend to put me at 900ishTT and 31 FT, which is at the top and a little...

average weekly T dosage on this forum

If you want something without a prescription, you’ll be looking at underground labs (UGL). Most are actually fine but you’re always better off getting something from a pharmacy, which with test requires a prescription in most countries.

Keto diet could be the secret to living longer, according to new research

Most diets work well if you’re either low fat or low carb and don’t eat too much while moving plenty. Being high in both tends to lead to issues because you get competing energy sources. Most carnivore diets are just keto diets because most people don’t follow them strictly and throw in some...

Future FDA restrictions on trt use?

They’ve lied about so many things at this point I’m not sure how anyone could believe mainstream sources. The FDA and companies like Pfizer are also a revolving door between one another with employment it seems. It’ll be interesting to see if they try to make monkey pox another Covid cash cow...

Future FDA restrictions on trt use?

I’m not sure many big government organizations are left that aren’t anti whatever they were originally funded to do. If they want a civil war, try taking away testosterone and guns from guys addicted to both. See how that ends.

Future FDA restrictions on trt use?

That’s why I’m not that worried. I’d rather not go black market but if they make me then screw them. They’ll just make the black market explode even more. At this point it seems like they’re mostly going after things that are cheap to consumers to push more expensive alternatives.

Need for Thyroid Supplementation while on TRT.....

In my case yes on the low cortisol part, though for me I’m now trying to deal with why it’s low as best I can. I don’t know of any cortisol lowering drugs aside from the usual ones you’d hear of. Diet and lifestyle can go a long way though.

Need for Thyroid Supplementation while on TRT.....

It’ll be ‘out of your system’ in short order probably within 3 days in that it’ll be in your cells by then and you’re not adding in any more, but your body might not bounce back to making its own at the pace it should have by then. The ‘half life’ of Cytomel is 2.5 days but that doesn’t mean...

Need for Thyroid Supplementation while on TRT.....

T3 does affect cortisol in both directions. If you want to see where your cortisol is at while continuing T3, you’d keep on it. If you want to come off T3, you’d do that, but I wouldn’t not take it before the test abruptly.

T4 helps me sleep. Anyone else?

T4 before bed helps me sleep too. T3 also can as well, though causes other problems for me. Thyroid hormones do different things depending on the context. Seems like they generally amplify whatever would normally be going on.

low shbg means high free E2 ?

Also usually better to lower things gradually and not all at once if it’s a big change. I recently reduced my dose by 30% and it got real rough real quick. I’ve been at that same dose before without issue, the main thing being the big change.

Post-Finasteride Syndrome: Current Views and Where do we Stand?

I came into all this from PFS. It seems like the primary problem is that 5AR is also involved in how our bodies regulate many major hormonal axises. It converts test to DHT but it also does a bunch of other things most people neglect to think about, like helping to regulate cortisol and...

Feel amazing after adding low dose HCG?

Currently planning on doing sublingual, 2.5mg a day or every other day. Haven’t decided on daily or every other day. 2.5 EOD would be the same as you basically. Might consider 1.25 daily at that point. Taking it orally seems objectively inferior. Knowing me, most likely I’ll end up at 2.5mg a...

Feel amazing after adding low dose HCG?

Your theory on thyroid is something that’s come up a lot because the receptors it can stimulate and occupy do include the thyroid, though there’s no direct evidence of that as of yet, and even on HCG my thyroid numbers didn’t change. I’m on thyroid meds including T3, and have seen some...

Feel amazing after adding low dose HCG?

Not currently, but it was never my primary HCG. I’ve used different kinds but I’m currently on compounded HCG from ReviveRX, which works for me. I never had trouble getting pharma HCG but if I did I’d just use compounded HCG from an UGL. Works well enough for me.

Feel amazing after adding low dose HCG?

I don’t think we really know why but if it’s not hormonal pathways like progesterone and pregnenolone, it might just be balancing the E2 ratio to free test. Also increases 5AR, at least in the short term, and seems to raise cortisol. There’s a lot it might do but I always feel better on it...

Ferritin really takes this long to increase?

The brand I used to use is called Ancestral Supplements as I recall.

Ferritin really takes this long to increase?

Those would be fine, though if you’re going in for a fasted test alongside other things that include ferritin you’d obviously leave them out.

Ferritin really takes this long to increase?

One of my first docs when my health issues began saw my ferritin was super low, like 9, and didn’t think anything of it. I’ve had other people have 0’s on some tests like estrogen and the doc didn’t even bring it up despite it testing at 0 for 4 years. In that case I think the test said <5, but...

    High DHEAS/Low Cortisol

In case anyone’s further interested, the reason I’m trying an MAO-B inhibitor to up dopamine rather than continue the Medulla is because norepinephrine and epinephrine are direct conversions from dopamine, so intervening higher up the chain gives me all 3 when I’d potentially need them as well...

    High DHEAS/Low Cortisol

Those are the main ones I’m interested in regarding the Medulla. I’ve worked with people and read things that suggested other things get ‘stored’ in there that are made elsewhere, but the ones people are looking to avoid in the Medulla are the ones I’m now most interested in and more likely why...

    High DHEAS/Low Cortisol

Glycogen retention went way up despite all the T3 I’m on, mind was generally better and faster, senses deeper and general dopamine things better, could sweat like a normal person in a way that went up day over day, energy was better. Gained about 15lbs of water over 2 days, in a good way mostly...

    High DHEAS/Low Cortisol

In my case that’s not what’s going on at all. I have Fludrocortisone (Florinef) and it actually massively dehydrates me and makes things worse, especially if I have anything with potassium in it. If I drink potassium drinks I straight up cramp on the spot. Be nice if having more sodium helped...

    High DHEAS/Low Cortisol

Didn’t at all help my libido or dick so I want to test out my other theory first without confounding variables. Have PT-141 and Selegiline coming and don’t want to have to think about ‘was it the PT or Selgin that helped, or cortext building up, or what?’ Adrenal things also have a tendency to...

    High DHEAS/Low Cortisol

Both. That’s one issue a little more unique to me than other people. When my issues started, I stopped being able to retain water very well at all anywhere. Hair dries and falls out and if I eat things that raise my insulin a little more it visibly starts to shrivel (not just me thinking that...

Ferritin really takes this long to increase?

You can still do decently well without the iron supplement part, just using food. I used liver and beef. The iron supplement I liked the most was a really low dose liquid iron one.

    High DHEAS/Low Cortisol

Tried out that Adrenal supplement for 4 days. My doc also apparently sells it. Did work amazingly well compared to other things I’ve tried, including hydrocortisone, and is probably the best I have ever tried by a wide margin. Just took the normal dose of two caps in the morning. The fact that I...

Ferritin really takes this long to increase?

Taking Vitamin C with L-Lysine and some iron foods like liver and nightly supplement got my Ferritin from super low (9-23 I think, been a while) to decent (75+) and I actually overshot my iron levels in my blood by a bit.
