I was just thinking about Progesterone not long ago, perhaps the most "physiologic" way of getting it in, being via injection. Pro, when taken orally will over convert to downstream metabolites...
there seems to be many reports on line of NAC causing insomnia, or distrubing sleep in some ways. If someone has some sort of sleep issues, I would avoid taking it at night.
I would get those tests done as well. You need to know where you are at with these hormones as well. If you have low progesterone and you bring that up, you may improve your anxiety.

That’s the brand I’m using. I started it as a sleep aid as well. It seems to be working.

Following up with this thread. Curios to know if anyone has seen any hormonal variation with the apigenin. The effect on the StAR was noted in an animal study, but wondering if can have an effect on E2 or DHT in humans
