Are the calculators really giving a low free T value though? I came up with 11.55 ng/dl, but then I see that he average for a man in his 20's (I'm 44) is about 12 ng/dl. I know that I have read that the goal is in the 20's (and this is also what Defy told me), but that seems higher than the...
I have been playing around a bit with difference dosages and frequency of enclomiphene to see where I can the minimum dose and get a decent result on testosterone levels while keeping estrogen levels in check. I also got tired of losing my hair, so after a year and half stoppage, I'm back on...
I may give the free E2 test a try to see what that shows. Good suggestion.
I did stop both enclomiphene and ibutamoren cold turkey for 10 days to see where I would end up. So 10 days after my last dosage, here are the results:
Total T - 503 ng/dL
Free T - 15.95 pg/mL
DHT - 35 ng/dL
LH - 8.4...
I will say that I have experienced good results, both objectively and subjectively, combined with the use Ibutamoren. My body feels great, body composition has improved, better mood and libido. When I am hitting sweet spots with my E2, it's all very good, so I'm just trying to find a good way...
I have been dosing ED and throwing in an AI every 2 - 3.5 days to see what works best, but trying to see if going to EOD might help lessen the use of the AI or avoid it all together.
Pretty sure that when you leave this relationship behind and get into one that isn't toxic and actually makes you happy, you'll wonder why you didn't do it 5 years ago. What you describe sounds absolutely miserable, particularly for someone who is only 40 and has a long way to go. Better to...
Thank you very much! My takeaway is that there does really seem to be an additive effect for both T and E2 levels - it's a big jump from 3 months to 6 months. The T and E2 numbers at the 5 month mark on the chart mimic where I was at the 3 month mark, so I wonder if both T and E2 have...
Any thoughts on how we could get the actual study (which I hope would list actual E2 values) and not just the summary? My every day use of 12.5 mg definitely raised by E2 in the mid-50s (but also raised by total and free testosterone to good levels), but I'm trying to get a sense of what I...
Are there any studies that show the E2 levels after certain doses of enclomiphene? I see studies that address Testosterone levels, but I can't seem to find one that actually measures the effect on E2 levels.
Those are great numbers. I'm happy with where I have ended up on the same protocol (along with Ibutamoren), subject to my E2 being too high. I'm going to take a small bi-weekly does of AI to help counter than and am hopeful that I feel even more results. I haven't had anything for 2 weeks...
Yeah, thought from Defy today is that since I am above the normal range on my LH level, I could cut back a bit and still keep the testosterone levels where they are and reduce the E2. Or keep doing what I'm doing and try a small doze of anastrozole.
I'd rather produce my own testosterone, if possible. This was an attempt to see if I could before committing long-term to testosterone. I don't think the numbers are bad at all, except for the E2, which may have been limiting my perceived benefit and I'll handle with taking a very small amount...
I've been on Enclomiphene (12.5 mg daily) and Ibutamoren (12.5 mg daily) since late August 27th. I was on Testosterone/HCG from December 2019 until June 2020, when I tried a cold turkey restart.
My numbers from November 2019 (prior to starting anything):
Total T - 334 ng/dL
Free T - 12 pg/mL...
Not sure, but that may have been in your head, or your dopamine levels bumped up over the thought of trying someone new and it wasn’t really a T increase. It took a few weeks before I realized I felt truly better enclomiphene (although my testicles were bigger almost immediately after...
I noted that I couldn't isolate the exact reason why I feel better since I'm taking both. I do note that you seem eager to attribute my feeling better because of ibutamoren but completely discount the possibility it could be from enclomiphene. My growth hormone levels were already at the...
I use HeyDoctor and GoodRX for Cialis. It is great. I think it's $30 for the consultation/prescription. You answer a series of questions, and as part of that they ask you whether there is a drug you prefer. They will prescribe up to 90 pills. They send the prescription to the pharmacy of...
I have been taking it for a little over 3 weeks now and haven't noticed any side effects. I feel like it has been beneficial so far (drive, focus, libido), but I don't have any updated labs yet. Some of the benefits mimic what I experienced on TRT, so I presume that's a sign that it's related...
I take it every night before bed, along with the Ibutamoren. I started feeling it pretty quickly, some difference after probably a week (my testicles were noticeably larger almost immediately), which has been steadily improving. Tough to say whether it's the Enclomiphene or the Ibutamoren...
I was taking Cialis, although only 1.25 mg per day. I noticed a slight difference at that level, but I seemed to be flushing very bad. I attributed it to the Cialis, although may have been my estrogen levels out of whack under the injections (along with HCG) as that has all stopped and I've...
I was on TRT for about 6 months and then decided to go cold turkey for about 9 weeks or so to see how I recovered. I was still low so decided to give daily Enclomiphene (12.5 mg) and Ibutamoren (12.5 mg) a try. It's been about 3 weeks on those, and although I don't have labs to confirm...
I took another set of labs just before starting the enclomiphene and ibutamoren this past Thursday.
Total Testosterone: 280 ng/dl
Free Testosterone: 6.6 pg/ml
DHT: 19 ng/dl
LH: 3.5 mlU/ml
IGF-1: 223 ng/ml
E2 (sensitive): 16.6 pg/ml
SHBG: 17.2 nmol/L
So these results would have been 13 weeks...
Good point. I'm living for the day at 43 years old, so I'd rather feel great for 30 years and knock off in my mid-70's versus feeling so-so and adding on 10-15 years. Of course, that's probably until I'm in my mid-70's...
In my head, if I want to feel like I did in my early 20's, then I...
