    Testicle Stretching

For me, the side effects of HCG have been minimal. I do have to follow it with a very small dose of Anastrazol to keep estrogen conversion under control. Other than that, it's worked well for me. The boys are normal size and hang like they should, libido is good...no complaints!

    Testicle Stretching

Your scrotum is tighter because of the atrophy. I take HCG and it helps a lot. Also, HCG mimics LH which wakes up the boys and they make of my own natural testosterone. I reduce my dose of t-cyp as a result. Labs are spot on and the boys hang normally too.

    Women's hormones

Both my wife and I are Defy Medical patients. I'm on testosterone, HCG and tiny amounts of Anastrazol. My wife takes testosterone shots and uses estrogen cream. The wife used to get the pellets through her OB/GYN but started getting scars on her back side. They worked, but she metabolized...

    PT-141 and Trimix?

Same experience here. It was fun alright, but the sleep disruption caused by the random spontaneous erections eventually became annoying! The wife was like "Again? OMG, get away from me you SOB!" LOL

    PT-141 and Trimix?

When prescribed PT-141, the dose was prescribed at 1.0 to 2.5 units on an insulin syringe. 1cc of PT-141 equates to 10mg of the peptide, so do the arithmetic. This dose was spot on correct. ChatGPT? Seriously? I stand firm on - try one or the other, but not both simultaneously.

    PT-141 and Trimix?

I tried PT-141 and Trimix at the same time...once. I won't make that mistake again. A 1.0 to 1.5 mg shot of PT-141 gives me a "blue veined throbber" that comes and goes for the next 24+ hours. However, it's unpredictable as to when PT-141 is going to kick in (seems to be dose dependent, for...

First time with Trimix, my experience

30 units of TriMix is a pretty hefty dose. My doc at Defy instructed me to start low (5 units) and gradually go up depending on what happened from the previous dose. I know everyone is different, but for me 6 to 8 units on a 3/10th cc syringe is all I need. The resulting erection will last...

    PT-141 Disclaimer ?

I never even thought about trying PT-141 through IM injection. I'll have to give that a try. I've found that doses up to 2 mg don't give me any nausea (a little flushing though). If I go above 2 mg, I get horrible nausea that doesn't seem to fade away. When I can get my wife to take a dose...

    Bimix needle length question

When the needle enters the cavernous tissue, you'll "feel" it. Not painful mind you, but there is a distinct sensation when the needle reaches the right spot. It could be that you need a 5/8" needle. It could be that your Bimix isn't potent enough or is just "bad". I've had excellent results...

    First time Trimix ER visit

25 units? Holy smokes! I use 4 to 6 units in a 31 ga .3cc syringe. It works great for me at that dose. 25 units would most definitely land me in the ER.

    Trimix "burn" for the Misses

Just inject, rub it in good then go take a nice shower with a mild soap. I'm sure she'll love the fact that you're freshly showered before going at it. See if that makes a difference. My other half has never complained about her hoo-hah burning after I've taken a Trimix shot, and I use the...

Is taking trt causing me to not be able to orgasm?

A few thoughts: 1) I've found that when my E2 levels are too low or too high, I have issues with orgasms. Get your E2 checked. It's a difficult hormone to get just "right". 2) I've had limited success with either Viagra or Cialis. All they do is give me "blue vision", make me stuffy or give...

Need help interpreting my thyroid bloodwork

Pins and needles - sounds to be based in the nerves. Seen a neurologist? Been checked for T1/T2 diabetes (checking fasting glucose and A1c)? I'm not a physician, so...just tossing out some ideas. TRT helped me more in the mental fog department. It does support a healthy libido too, but...

Need help interpreting my thyroid bloodwork

I have Hashimotos, so my thyroid is more-or-less trashed. Having take T4 and T3 drugs to get things stabilized. I always target for TSH to be at 2.5 or lower while keeping FT4 in range and FT3 on the higher side of the range (since my RT3 is elevated). I keep an eye on the two thyroid...

Has anyone used: Bremelanotide/Oxytocin/Tadalafil 1 mg/100IU/10 mg Troche

PT-141 is the peptide being referenced. Usually comes in 10mg vials to be reconstituted with 1 cc of bac-water. 10 units on an insulin syringe becomes a 1 mg dose. Defy Medical sells the stuff, and it's pretty dog gone expensive. It's unpredictable as to when the effects will kick in, but...

some advice for wife needed, is HRT in pre-menopausal woman advised?

This getting older business isn't for sissies! My wife was doing the pellets, but they didn't last as long as they should have (metabolized quickly). She was good for about a month on the pellets, then they started wearing off. Besides that, she didn't like the scars on her back side. I'm a...

    Bacteriostatic Water for Trimix

First off, my vial clearly indicates that the contents are TriMix (not Lyo Injection). Not sure what this "Lyo Injection" stuff is. Looking on the back side of the vial, it indicates to reconstitute with 5 ml of bac-water. The photo is a little out of focus. I'm not so sure you received...

    Bacteriostatic Water for Trimix

Wow! I'd call the doc and ask before doing anything. Lyo injection? My vials clearly state TriMix on them.

    Bacteriostatic Water for Trimix

What do the instructions indicate? When I get my Trimix from Empower Pharmacy, the instructions clearly state to mix with 5 ml of bac-water and they include a 10 ml syringe as well as the bac-water. This doesn't look anything like what I receive, so...refer back to the instructions that came...

How bad of an idea would it be to give my wife some T-cyp?

My wife started down the path of Tcyp shots. Doc had her set as a "high flyer". Her test levels were significantly elevated. Aromatase happens, so it also boosted her estrogen levels. Her libido was good (really good)...for a while. Then she started growing facial hair which led her to...

Are Clomid side effects worth it?

Not sure what they mean by "getting fatter in the process". In my experience with semaglutide, I not only lost weight but my waist got smaller, my "dad bod" belly melted away, and it helped reduce my blood pressure (due to the weight loss). I didn't lose any muscle mass or strength. For me...

Are Clomid side effects worth it?

Look into semaglutide for weight loss. Defy prescribed it for me. I dumped 30 lbs in about 6 months on it. Now back into a normal BMI.

Are Clomid side effects worth it?

Do know that Defy can and will write or call-in prescriptions to a local pharmacy. Then you can use your insurance to pay for those medications. Defy does charge a call-in fee though. Haven't priced Androgel (never tried it myself), so unsure if there would be significant cost savings taking...

I'd suggest trying PT-141 before taking the TriMix route. <lucky guy you>

Question about switching to Insurance for TRT

In my case, I switched from a urologist to Defy...mainly because the urologist was stubborn and wouldn't listen to his patient [me]. He wouldn't test E2, didn't look at SHBG...would only test for total T and total E. It was obvious [to me] that he simply didn't know how to effectively treat...

Has anyone had any really bad sides with PT-141?

Arithmetic for 10 mg diluted with 1 ml of bac water is listed above in the previous reply. Simple: 10 mg diluted with 1 ml of bac water equates to 1 mg of PT-141 for every 10 units on an insulin syringe.

Has anyone had any really bad sides with PT-141?

Basic arithmetic here: Can't imagine why you'd mix this with 3 ml of bac water. You're making it hard on yourself. Make it easy: Mix 10 mg of PT-141 with 1 ml of bac water. 10 units on an insulin syringe will be 1 mg of PT-141 that way. Vial contains 10mg. You reconstituted it with 3ml of...

Has anyone used: Bremelanotide/Oxytocin/Tadalafil 1 mg/100IU/10 mg Troche

There are many reputable compounding pharmacies that make this combination in troche form. It may work for some, but wasn't all that great for me (and apparently Nelson had a similar experience). I see this concoction as another way to make extra money.

Has anyone used: Bremelanotide/Oxytocin/Tadalafil 1 mg/100IU/10 mg Troche

I've tried it. Similar experience as Nelson. If you want PT-141, go the subq injection route - it's far more effective. Sublingual? Not so much.

How bad of an idea would it be to give my wife some T-cyp?

Depends on the concentration of the t.cyp in the vial. With 200mg/ml, yeah - going to be difficult to get that to measure out even in the tiniest insulin syringe. With 50mg/ml (common compounded dosing for women), 3 mg be a little easier to measure.

    E2 fluctuation makes no sense

Be careful with the AI. At 2 mg per week, you'll likely crash E2 and end up with worse symptoms. I had high estrogen. The idiot urologist I was seeing had me taking 1 mg of Anastrazole per week. That crashed my E2 levels big time and I felt horrible as a result. I finally ended up...
