Sounds like an overdose of hCG to me. Dr. Crisler would have said that this would most likely desensitise the leydig cells permanently over time. Why not inject subq like most do? Never heard of doing this in the bicep! What was the lowest dose of injectable testosterone you tried?

I think it would be a good idea to stop the hCG whilst you are trying to find a lower dose of T that will work for you. If you do want to try it again in the future you will be able to notice more accurately the positive and negative effects it has and whether you need to dial down your T dose...
