I use recombinant HCG, Ovitrelle brand. It is a pen with 250 mcg (equivalent to 6500 IU) in 0.5 ml. I use a 0.3 ml syringe, it's about 130 IU per hundredth of a ml.

I tried SbQ 3 years ago. Only 87.5 mg a week (37.5 mg every 3 days). After a month I was bloated, red face, high blood pressure... Didn't do any tests for E2 but switched back to 87.5mg IM once a week and all was well within a couple of weeks.. I'll never try testosterone SQ again...

Yes, Bayer still makes proviron. I am in Spain and proviron from bayer is the one commercialized here. Also covered by public health system. It sounds you had a testicular impairment. Would it really be due to proviron? How long did you use it? To which dose? Did you use AAS?
