    Ed !!!!

Well AI use only occurred in last few days, if anything that SLIGHTLY helped the issue. No cialis or anything like that - never really had a long patch of ED like this since beginning trt. I'm also 26 and not sure if I want to rely on that yet. It has also been very difficult to orgasm...

    Ed !!!!

The funny thing is that my gut has been a disaster for the last 4-5 years. Only recently do I feel really good there and even my bad acid reflux has vanished. So now I have been more relaxed with my diet...eating more bad things. Reintroduced dairy, wheat because it's no longer giving me issues...

    Ed !!!!

Don't think its in head. Can't get hard by myself or wife. Starting to think diet maybe. I have reintroduced dairy into my diet. Also eating more sugar, salt I feel.

    Ed !!!!

I debated putting this because I know that I will get beat up. I don't have any recent labs but in the link here are the last ones I did early November (https://www.excelmale.com/forum/showthread.php?12520-NEW-LABS-Thoughts-or-comments). My erections were great then. Beginning of Jan I have...

Slurred or confused speech is a Hypothyroid Symptom

Ratbag - did you get to the bottom of what you described as your t3 receptors not working?

My journey so far with low testosterone.

Some people have an issue with TSH being that close to 3. Your FT3 is not bad at 3.1 but for me personally I only feel right when it is above 4. But clinically yes, thyroid is fine.

    Adrenal Fatigue: Is it Real?

Gotcha, yeah I think everyone is different. For me and a lot of others, I think that maybe low thyroid is requiring the body to need more cortisol to compensate, in which case it is able to at first but then eventually not enough cortisol is produced. Optimizing thyroid would theoretically...

    Adrenal Fatigue: Is it Real?

I have started following Ray Peat on his theories on the thyroid, and I believe that fixing the thyroid one can get over their "adrenal fatigue". Here is a quote from the doctor: “While hypothyroidism makes the body require more cortisone to sustain blood sugar and energy production, it also...

Slurred or confused speech is a Hypothyroid Symptom

I would be more than interested to hear if you get things resolved...I have seen your stories before and I feel like we are in somewhat of a similar position.

Slurred or confused speech is a Hypothyroid Symptom

What labs did he ask you to take if you don't mind me asking? Wasn't aware that you can test T3 receptors?

Slurred or confused speech is a Hypothyroid Symptom

Do you take Thyroxine also? Checked Ferritin recently? Adrenal issues in check? I would look at Reverse T3 also...though there is debate on whether RT3 actually has a tangible effect or not.

Slurred or confused speech is a Hypothyroid Symptom

That stinks...maybe time for dosage change? Seen different sources stating more is required in winter months.

Slurred or confused speech is a Hypothyroid Symptom

Me! I am now on thyroid meds and it has improved. Entirely gone away at some points. But I am still trying to optimize on my dosage.

    Adrenal Fatigue: Is it Real?

Adrenal Fatigue - Fake. Primary Addison's - Real, though extremely rare. Subclinical Secondary Adrenal Insufficiency / HPTA dysfunction - the likely culprit a lot of "AF" sufferers are dealing with.

Anyone Seeing SHBG Increasing With Frequent, Small Injections?

Thyroid meds increased mine by about 33% - 14.5 to 19.3 - in a very short amount of time. Going to daily injections had virtually no effect on SHBG for me.

I am with Defy and get labs done every 6 weeks or so, so no issues there. Thanks again!

NEW LABS - Thoughts, or comments?

Coastwatcher, thank you. I think I will just roll with things then. Regarding the potassium, my sodium was at the very top of the scale. Is that significant? I know there is a relationship between the two.

NEW LABS - Thoughts, or comments?

I will say this. I have been a lifelong minuteman, now lasting forever in bed. Sometimes too long. I am happy about this (for the most part). Is this due to the increased E2? My already low progesterone decreased, so maybe I am too estrogen dominant?

NEW LABS - Thoughts, or comments?

Updated Test Results...the only thing that I have changed from my last labs is Natural Desiccated Thyroid (2 grains). TRT protocol - 24mg t-cyp daily, 430iu HCG E3D. Remarkable changes: INCREASED SHBG from 14.5 to 19.3 Potassium decreased from 4.4 to 3.7 (3.5-5.2)..do I need to supplement? HDL...

Clomid increased but Testosterone is dropping...what next???

I am not knowledgeable regarding the 2d6 issue, but I can offer my own Clomid experience. At age 22, tested for low T (~200). Deemed to be secondary. Normal prolactin/no tumor found on pituitary. I was put on Clomid (12.5mg QOD). I was on it for a total of 3.5 years. I can not say when nor...

    updated thyroid hormone levels

On the surface it seems like maybe you just needed a dose increase? Maybe that is why you felt amazing at first, then regressed after the month? A lot of people do much much better with T4/T3 combined therapy (NDT for example) rather than just T4. Some people have a harder time converting T4...

    Thyroid labs

I would suggest splitting your dose, one grain in the morning, one grain in the afternoon. T3 has a short half-life so better to split it up. Do that for another 4-6 weeks then test again in morning, if still under 3.5, I would bump it up to 1.5 grains in the morning, 1 grain in the afternoon...

Tired at night, been on TRT 4 months - test labs included

Feeling tired at night is a great thing, provided you are feeling energetic in morning / day. High energy at night means your cortisol rythym is out of wack.

32 was on TRT now on clomid for fertility. Want to restart TRT

Most people will say between 500iu-1000iu a week. Me personally, I do 430iu hcg E3D. Works out to ~1000iu a week.

32 was on TRT now on clomid for fertility. Want to restart TRT

That's awesome that Clomid worked to get you lr wife pregnant. How long did it take to get her pregnant after beginning Clomid? And yes, taking HCG with test. might help you preserve your fertility for the next attempt.

    Primary or Secondary Hypogonadism

Thanks for the comment! Yeah I have messed with DHEA and flat out hated it. Gave it three chances. One time in mornings for a week, then a couple trials at night for a few weeks. I have considered pregnenolone but it's impossible to find anyone that actually says they felt better with it lol...

    Primary or Secondary Hypogonadism

None whatsoever. EDIT: Around summer of 2015, about two years after being on Clomid, my IGF-1 dropped dramatically. We tested my GH in a stimulation test and it was low. I supplemented HGH for about a year. Now on TRT, haven't used HGH in over a year, and my IGF-1 is on the high side by...
