That's most likely 50mg of 20% cream so you are really on 150mg. The prescription was written for one AM and PM click giving you the 100mg. There is enough cream for 200mg for 90 days at four clicks. You will have to find the dose that best works for you.
The only other factor is you save...
Interesting conclusion since I volunteer at Red Cross blood banks and we turn away people for falling below the hemoglobin requirements all the time. Wouldn't they have evidence from regular blood donors to back this up? Even more so many elderly are anemic and refuse to eat red meat or take...
@madman
You have numbers you are comfortable with on this? I know you make a big deal with guys on injections having 1000+ trough levels. But 1000 is my peak on cream 500 about midday and 200 24hrs later. My regular doc still thinks that is still too high, I donate 58 days mainly because I...
Are your FT levels way too high? Why are you donating so often? Did you not do the full Iron panel I would need to see if your Iron levels shot up dramatically I'm guessing yes thus the improvement of libido. If Iron was way up and ferritin remain the same something else is going on that...
Im not agreeing hes iron deficiency without anemia but suffering from high H&H a CBC is the economical approach, if those numbers check out he will need more extensive lab including an iron panel.
Sorry I guess I should have been more specific more like Prostate OTC stuff I know its just a shot in the dark but plenty of guys have good results from some form of palmetto cocktail to help with PSA.
As always make sure you dont ejaculate 72hrs before blood draw no bike or motorcycle riding...
Do you take any OTC meds? I take this numbers normal

@Devcon
My vote yes I switched from injections to creams thinking it would help but I still have to supplement to keep ferritin up or I'm napping all day.
They put really short half-lives on creams for some reason and I don't know too many medications that expire about 120-160 days after being made. I was thinking it was like you stated the base starts to change, lose texture or hinder absorption because the T is definitely not old. Interesting it...
Because everyone absorbs differently it would be hard to come up with that number we would need to know what your T level is now that you are ok at and take a educated guess at best. Otherwise I would play it smart and start with 120mg split twice a week try that for a month or two and adjust up...
Im confused about how you are confused if OP is symptomatic its most likely but not definitely ferritin or hemoglobin since hes already symptomatic on the high end of labs. I get it some guys can walk around with 55 hematocrit and single digits iron and ferritin and feel fine that doesnt really...
I feel you there they wanted me to start off on 200 cream but I did that with injections and that was a huge mistake I already knew I absorbed well because gels gave me some ok numbers. I went with 150 and glad I did, no sides.
Its either Hemoglobin or Ferritin they are both affected the most after application and have very similar symptoms. I am symptomatic and have to donate at 52 for hematocrit even though most guys don't. I take Iron about 30 mins after applying cream because it saps my Iron dry quickly. I would...
Not all iron supplements are the same and every person responds differently to each kind. I would start with 5mg Kirkland's iron chelete. Always start low then slowly move up based on your energy levels and how you feel, if you overshoot you will have to blood dump again.
Kirkman - Iron...
Just make sure to do some homework on it so many specialist don't know anything about it and will try to push you on Androgel or an oral steroid. The nasal application isn't just an inconvenience issue docs just don't like the concept of that many times in the nostrils over a period of years...
The up and down of gels were very noticable to me some people try to get around it by dosing two pumps in the morning one in the early afternoon and then one early or late evening depending if they have to be somewhere or not.
Testogel I believe is the packets only which sucked for me and...
I personally don't recommend creams unless you are having an issue dumping blood all the time from injections or if libido is completely shot. Creams don't produce nearly as stable T levels as injection shots and that was probably the toughest part for me but over time I just got use to it, also...
Alcohol based gels dont go on your dick and balls only creams, you were suppose to put it on your arms or legs. 50mg gel packets are usually the 1% concentration which almost all patients have to slap on 100mg to get any results.
Not all irons supplements are the same and every person responds differently to each kind. I would start with 5mg Kirkland's iron chelete.

From Matrix I have the same concerns as you do when I was on injections it was very obvious no two pharmacies made the same strength Cypionate. I would wager it's probably the same with creams I will start with two clicks instead of the usually three just to taste how strong it is.
I also got an email yesterday that Empower is out of the base to make topicals and my script has been moved to Hallandale pharmacy. Empower is now getting hit with negative reviews everywhere I guess everyone wants providers to start weaning themselves off Empower as a preferred pharmacy.
It...
Same happened here everyone always says DHT gets too high over a few weeks or months but I don't know the members tag on here but they recommended inner bicep or triceps directly behind your elbow. That has worked for me a lot I was on four scrotum clicks but cut down to one or two and the other...
Not sure why you have yet to drop your dose by now, I start at 100 a week. I typically recommend a blood dump with that high HCT but you can't really afford anymore of a ferritin loss, up to you.
