suggestions on how to get iodine up?

no Ive been completely natural for 2 years. not even TRT. it just happened out of nowhere one day.

Ive only run TSH in the past and it has always been in the 1.0-2.0 range. Maybe ill do another, but its kind of pricey to get the full panel, so probably down the line
