just finished Daniel kellys optimized under 35. a good beginner book. Preaty much every thing I learned here but in one book. will I benefit from TRT manuel or just get the bible. plus any other more in depth books would be great. Im a Nurse so I must know more in depth information.
pre trt I was drinking 2 bangs and two cups of coffee and falling asleep on the couch by 8pm. on month 2 of test c. now at 2 monsters and two coffee. only about a 300mg caffeine decrease but still working on it. t replacement was not a huge help but some.
last year when I got "fit" is when I noticed I had low T. that despite dropping weight and exercising that something was wrong. I was still way tired. to way to long to recover. personality changes when fatigued and not as strong as I should of been after months of exercise.
motivation is not the problem want to mix it up. with out injury. I used to have a fit bit was required for work insurance to lower premium. they dropped the program and the fit bit broke so I never bought a new one.
