Hm, so it is possible to cure cancer with androgen deprivation therapy and then, when it's cured to continue with TRT safe without cancer coming back ? I thought that patients on Androgen Deprivation Therapy has to be for life on it.... Which is very bad quality of life....

WOW, thank you sir for this :D I'm also on 1000mg of ER MEtformin for two months, and I eat like a horse, and also, my visceral fat is slowly going down. :D I had a terrible gut problems with standard metformin, but with this ER, not at all. Will try to bump it to 2x750 daily.

If I was you I would try now and test how I feel on only 0.25mg 2x week. And gradually decrese until full stop. If bad symptoms come back, you will be sure that you need it. And of course, do labs for every experiment.

I got re results of 17-OH-Progesterone. It's even lower than before. Test was done after two weeks of 300IU hcg 2x week. BEfore it was 0.45 (no HCG) , now 0.42(0.5-2.1) LOL I'm quiting HCG :D

Also, you removed glands surgically :D You can't get gyno now, even on 10g of T weekly :D

So, the best option, I suppose, for us outside the US is to always do CRP test with E2 and compare. Based on symptoms and my non-sensitive E2 test, It gives me fair results. CRP is around 0.5 always.

Yap l, me to. Problem is also in many labs they don't ask you questions when did you wake up, are you fasting, on some kind of therapy etc...

You need to be awake few hours before test also. Mine is slighty higher on TRT

VInce, can't open these attached images. So, your high e2 is caused by HCG ? Were you off HCG and how did the labs look like then ? Sorry for these questions, I don't know your history. I'm not so active on forum lately

I didn't mean in that contex. Talking about his T level regarding his personality means nothing. There are smart and stupid people with levels from 100 to 15000 ng or more. Maybe, 450ng/dl is his sweet point, where he functions great mentally with huge self-confidence (we can see that)...
