Since starting TRT, my semen volume has decreased so much. I’m 38 years old.
Is this normal? How can I get the volume back? My girlfriend doesn’t like it that I can’t produce much semen anymore.
You are totally spot on.
Looking at my SHBG, it's at 72!
My free T is at 84.99 pg/mL. I don't know if that's high or low.
Is this pretty bad? Should I consider TRT again?
As far as symptoms, about 2 weeks ago I started to feel totally DRAINED. My energy levels have slowly declined...
I was on TRT for about 18 months. Decided to stop and attempt a restart using toremifene. The restart was a success!
I haven’t had any injection or any SERM since October 2018.
My current labs are:
Total T: 694
E2: 12.8
I’m concerned that my E2 is too low. Is it actually too low? Is this...
So is the 10.1 measurement I have not low? I was under the impression that levels between 20-30 were healthy. This 10.1 level I have isn’t low enough to cause the bone loss people speak of is it?
Since Clomid was giving me vision sides at just 12.5mg per day, I have switched to Torem at 60mg per day.
My total T at this dose is weighing in at 456, taken mid afternoon, but my E2 is a weak 10.1. Is this horrible low? How can I make it rise? Will I end up with bone issues or osteoporosis...
At only 34, I’ve somehow herniated a disc in my cervical spine. This hasn’t happened before, until I stopped TRT and I’ve been doing an unsuccessful restart. Total T at 225, E2 at 10.0.
Is this low E2 low enough to cause bad inflammation or loss of cartilage to the point one will slip a disc...
Luckily I’m still “somewhat young” and I was always on minimum 600iu HCG per week. I do believe I’ll up that dose to 900iu per week though, and potentially decrease my weekly 100mg Test C to 80mg.
I’ve done one single dose of 12.5mg since this thread started. Today would be number two, but I haven’t done it yet. I already feel like I’m experiencing sides, but can’t tell for sure if it’s just in my head. The floaters I’m seeing are again only in my right eye. My right eye also appears a...
I’m talking about your experience and how you mentioned you were still under the 20 million mark which is what docs consider fertile. I think I missed the part where you mentioned you were underdosing. My bad! So then you believe one can be on TRT and incorporate FSH injections to become fertile...
I have not tried tamoxifen. I did just take my first dose today of trying clomid at 12.5mg EOD, as recommended in another thread on here. Could I just jump from Clomid to Tamoxifen? I can order it immediately.
I thought I’d read many cases where people were having bad vision side effects, with no doctor able to determine the cause or see anything that is “off.” Am I wrong?
When I experienced floaters and “ghosting” after my first three weeks with Clomid, I went to the eye doctor immediately. They dilated me and did a thorough exam and found nothing wrong with my eyes at all. So that’s good.
I did first dose of 12.5mg Clomid today. How quickly can vision sides start on this medication? I took it 3 hour ago, and I feel like already I’ve got floaters in my right eye only. Is this mostly in my head? Even possible for it to happen that quickly?
Isn’t this for someone who was not on HCG during their TRT though? Theoretically my balls should have never shut down since I gave them HCG the whole time. And what exactly do you mean catch up to the LH?
Maybe
Maybe I will try EOD ar 12.5mg. I just hope and pray I get no more vision side effects again. I just want some libido and drive and strength again.
I had Free T lab done as well. Free T was 3.4. Also very low on 8.7-25.1 scale. Yes I was on 12.5md ED. Would 12.5mg EOD likely reduce vision sides? Vision sides scare me to death because I’ve read they are permanent for many.
How long does this typically take? How often should I test? Anything I can do help ease this transition besides clomid or Nolva? Any good natural supps like DAA?
