I don't think the floaters have anything to do with Enclomiphene since it is void of the zuclomiphene isomer which is responsible for all the negative side effects associated with Clomid.
UPDATE:
As I previously posted, the first 27 days @ 12.5mg were a dud.
I take my dose first thing in a.m. on empty stomach, water only.
I stayed @ 12.5mg for another 12 days then increased to 25mg for 39 days at which time I did a blood draw.
Finally, some movement (see below).
74% increase in...
63. Been lifting 4-5 days/week. Got conflicting advice from different surgeons. One agrees with you, the other said if it ain't broke don't fix it. I am going for a 3rd opinion soon.
I have zero symptoms, wouldn't even know they exist if it weren't for incidental finding on a CT scan. Conflicted as to whether to get the repair or not. Would rather avoid it and proceed with my other unrelated procedures.
Just diagnosed with bilateral inguinal hernia. Asymptomatic. Incidental finding, so who knows how long I've had them. Opinions as to whether to repair or watchful wait vary widely. This would precede my diastasis recti/umbilical hernia repair surgery.
Advice appreciated.
No noticeable difference yet on enclomiphene. Another compound you might want to try is a bioregulatatory peptide called Testagen. I started it but ran out, so didn't have a chance yet o evaluiate it.
The fact you have an umbilical hernia indicates that there is some sort of intra-abdominal pressure causing that to happen.
That is a 2015 photo before all this started but shows the beginning of possible DR where that diamond indentation is. I am about 20lbs heavier now and with severe DR...
Update: Surgeon says I will first need to address the intra-abdominal visceral fat. If I do not, the repairs will be under a tremendous amount of pressure and subsequently will likely fail, leaving me right back where I started.
What I again can’t figure out is how it’s possible I have have...
It is possible that something your ingesting is blocking absorption of iron. Phytates in foods, turmeric, milk thistle, certain meds are all chelators/inhibitors. Or - you have gut issues which are contributing to malabsorption. I have similar issue (see my post above) and don't have any other...
Started on 12.5mg/day on July 26. Rx from Empower Pharmacy. Took my dose first thing in the morning with water only.
After 27 days, no change at all in total (443), free or bioavailable T nor any change in E2, FSH/LH. I also expected to see a drop in IGF-1 since enclomiphene is supposed to...
Update:
I've come a long way since my initial post when I had no clue what was going on with my abdomen. Thanks to BigTex for calling it out at the get go.
I finally found my answers and hopefully the expert surgeon to correct these defects. I didn't want to report back until I had my...
Out of all the stem cell/PRP providers, Regenexx seems to have done their homework and has the most factual data to back up their claims. The only thing I would say is to make sure and get inflammation under control before doing any orthobiologic treatment otherwise it will all be for nothing.

Does anyone know of a way to contact Empower directly? Completely inefficient and incompetent running all calls through a call center in India that won't provide a direct #. Not acceptable.

Since it is the zuclomiphene isomer in clomid that accounts for many of the unwanted side effects, including blood clots, why would there even be a theoretical concern in using...
Wouldn't it be more prudent to use something like preg or DHEA to optimize E2 levels and help restore libido? The zuclomiphene isomer has so many other drawbacks I would be concerned about (ocular issues, blood coagulation, etc.).
Empower Pharmacy is the only one I know of. There are others marketing it like Maximus, but the markup is huge. Cheapest I have found is to have your get your doc write a scrip for it and fax it in to Empower.
First impression of Empower is that they are extremely inefficient. It appears that incoming calls go through some sort of second-rate call center in India, then are screened and you're on a wait time with other calls ahead of you, then you're put on hold while they look up your scrip. Too many...
Can anyone hack these values and tell me how one can continue to have normal-high serum iron levels, occasional high % sat, low normal hct/hgb/rbcs and low normal ferritin? Not on TRT, negative for any internal bleeding.
I do seem to fit the description of "iron avidity" as described here, but...
That being said, I assume no increase in E2? Anyone else notice an increase? Would it not make sense that since testosterone is increased, so too would E2 from normal aromatization.
