never tried it ED but took numerous times day-after-day and never had side effects over numerous years.

in my case, as a trt + hcg user, when I can't get an erection the PDE5 pills do not work in any dose.

when i started (20-25) i could take them in half dose and get a perfect erection.

at 40 they sometimes don't work at all.

i attribute it to high estradiol. so if u have high estradiol like me, that may be your problem.

once i tried more then 100 MG of viagara (equivalent of 20mg of cialis) by using 2 tabs within 24-hours and i got a stuffy nose and a bit of a headache. there were times i mixed them together and had no issues, the stuffy nose seemed to be my most common symptom.

Need to rethink that one brother!

As I have stated numerous times on the forum:


* No evidence has emerged concerning the development of any form of dependence or tolerance with the chronic use of PDE5 inhibitors.

* These drugs are generally very safe and have no impact on the body and they do not develop any resistance

* Over time these drugs will not work, not because of the resistance but because our body gets older and our vessels, especially penile arteries get weaker as we get older




Main reasons why PDE5is eventually stop working would be endothelial dysfunction (endothelial cells no longer make NO)/aging (weaker penile arteries)!

not sure e2 is super relevant, i run pretty high e2 (50-60) and never had ED issues (at 44). i think ED issues outside of the mental factor, come down to metabolic health.

well it is for me and some others. tough thing about this is that everybody is different.

once e2 gets high my ED and other low T symptoms come back, even with high testosterone.

i have really rock bottom SHBG so seems i convert faster.

clomid worked like a charm by numbers. i probably should have waited it out longer...

my SHBG is like 7. there is something to it. did you try a test run with AI's? I mean if it really is e2, and you take something like anastrazole and it goes away that would be a clear indicator.
