Excess skin/fat tissue under arms to breasts

5'6". Was 190, now 170 and dropping further. I have leaned out considerably in my arms, legs and waist, but I don't see improvement yet in the breast tissue. Specifically ptosis (excess skin, drooping,sagging) in the lateral pecs.

I do not have gyno. At least not from the photos I've seen of others.

I have not left anything out in my chest training which is consistent (pec deck, barbell and dumbbell flat, incline, decline press, pushups, etc.).

What are my options?
  • keep going on the diet for further fat loss?
  • lipo/surgery?

The stomach bulge is from diastasis recti. I have hardly any fat on my abdomen at this point.

This surgeon says pseudogyno is non-existent:

The only thing I can think of is overhead presses. Work the upper chest muscle. It may help or it may not.
 
This is loose skin due to aging, not a problem with fat. I see it often in exactly that area in aging males.

You can try Exilis Ultra 360 treatments of the area to stimulate collagen in the skin and smooth it out. It uses radiofrequency and ultrasound. I've had similar skin in the upper abdomen but due to damage from Coolsculpting and Exilis Ultra 360 smoothed it out in 2 procedures.

Make sure it is Exilis Ultra 360, which is more effective than the previous Exilis Elite machine, which uses only radiofrequency without ultrasound.

Glad you mentioned CoolSculpting which primarily reduces subcutaneous fat accumulation by freezing adipocytes. How did it damage you? Also, I assume lipo not going to work for this application since it's loss of collagen/elastin and not excess fat?
 
CoolSculpting can damage when the fat is little and the suction makes an uneven contact with the skin. Many people were damaged. Do not do it!

If you try to lipo your areas, you will need surgery to retract the skin later. It doesn't contract now, what makes you think it will contract if you remove fat there?
 
Try Exilus Ultra 360, fat melting mode on love handles. Each procedure will decrease them gradually and you can judge if the skin retracts there before it's too late, by spacing the procedures months apart. The benefit is that it will also also heat the skin surface so it is more probable to retract.

Ordinary liposuction doesn't do anything for skin retraction and it may end up hanging and needing a surgical excision.

Agreed. Trying non-invasive procedures first is always best if you have the means!
